My favorite books and resources to study that have changed the way I approach "manifesting" and have helped me take radical responsibilty for everything that happens in my life.

Also, I love that you're here & want to learn about this stuff (I'm obsessed with you).

BOOKS:

  1. The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy:

The perfect starting place for understanding how much power you really have in your life & giving you a basis of affirmation work. I go back and read this whenever I need a good reset & something to refill my energy. https://open.spotify.com/show/643TMVlKg5TnrCavAIMgAQ?si=52b93c48be1b4cfe

  2. You are the Placebo by Dr Joe Dispenza:

Explains the science of manifesting to an atomic level. Walks you through how your thoughts directly affect your health & how your genes are physically affected by your emotions. Focuses on a lifetime of healing & lifelong growth (read this first before the other Joe Dispenza books) https://open.spotify.com/show/2TUGkRDokACAv50kGbKAj7?si=2578b3d905e14fbd

  3. Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr Joe Dispenza:

Breaks down the law of attraction a bit more. Ex: "If I'm happy, I'm asking the universe to prove why I'm happy". Teaches visualization to manifest a new life by changing your feelings state and neural pathways BEOFRE receving what you want. A good read, but a bit repetative to "You Are the Placebo". https://open.spotify.com/show/3FKxSaBIIG3QaqlN1pXrbH?si=c014657fb7194c60

  4. Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza:

One of my favorite books!! But,  this one is a lot more in depth (and requires a bit of base knolwedge) so read the first two books by Dr Joe Dispenza first. Teaches you to change your life by changing your energy. Talks a lot about the quantum field, meditation, and quantum physics vs Newtonion physics. Explains how many of us are addicted to feeling bad & how to create with your energy instead of just your physical body.https://open.spotify.com/show/0S20O9syoHLxJW9ALc8qr3?si=0fd81cdff3f34348

  5. The Law and The Promise by Neville Goddard:

This book should really be called the power of your imagination because it is literally all about how your imagination is the greatest power you have in creating your reality. Teaches visualization for very specific goals instead of lifelong general wellbeing. https://open.spotify.com/show/3eBUxHahk0WVvHx6XmbwDN?si=4d4f97917d174010

  6. The Power of Awareness by Neville Goddard:

Dives into the concept of "I AM" - explaining how each of us is a 'blank slate' of pure universal power, and the things we accept as true (such as I am smart, I am a woman, I am confident) are just forms that our overarching "I AM" embodies. Emphasizes that we truly can become anything we want to be, because we have access to literally everything in the universe. A good book to teach you more about how the world really is One.

  7. Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson, M.D.:

One of the most impactful books I've ever read, and short enough to be read in one day. Outlines the impact of placing your worth and ego on your physical environment with an easily digestible story that follows two "Little People" and two "Mice" that represent different mindsets. If you're stuck in a life you don't like or don't know what's next- READ THIS BOOK

  8. Atomic Habits by James Clear:

An incredible book for forming a new identity and sticking to new habits. This book helped me become a "gym girlie" and a "travel girlie" and move out of my home state to pursue the life of my dreams. Very good, practical advice to help kickstart a new life. Pair this with Who Moved My Cheese for a life reset.

  9. Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey:

This book will get your butt in gear. My biggest takeaway was that "Where going to die anyway, at least TRY while you can!" Leaves you with a feeling of inspiration and vision. Also teaches how to be more present and filter out what is really important to you to live a fulfilling life. (Highly reccomend listening to it in his voice)

  10. Ask and It Is Given by Abraham Hicks:

Teaches the importance of the Law of Attraction by explaining it in a practical way that you can implement. Highly suggest if you're a fan of Abraham Hicks' work! Some of the most impactful words I've ever heard in reminding me the importance of how my emotional state affects the world around me. Teaches you about the emotional scale and how to use it in your favor. https://open.spotify.com/show/51TjYOJ9zIvmiPDYtIGKKs?si=4649114e5b0b47b9
