Cancellation Policy
Your time and growth are deeply valued here—and I honor the energy we both bring to each session. To protect that commitment and ensure fairness, the following policy applies to all coaching sessions (Break-Thru Coaching + Rooted & Real): Cancellations or Rescheduling: • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. • Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. No-Shows: • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full session fee. • Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. Emergency Exceptions: • Life happens. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
