This is your safe landing. A space where you get to lay it all down and just be—a little messy, a little unsure, fully human. This session is about softness, reflection, and gentle truth-telling. We’ll sit with what’s real, untangle what hurts, and create space for clarity to find you, without force. Perfect for when your heart feels heavy, your thoughts feel loud, or you’re craving compassion more than a plan.
Cancellation Policy
Your time and growth are deeply valued here—and I honor the energy we both bring to each session. To protect that commitment and ensure fairness, the following policy applies to all coaching sessions (Break-Thru Coaching + Rooted & Real): Cancellations or Rescheduling: • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. • Rescheduling within 24 hours is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. No-Shows: • If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full session fee. • Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. Emergency Exceptions: • Life happens. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
